We got this cute video at the hotel on Saturday night. She truly loves the water! I can't wait for this summer to get here.

Trip to Dyersburg, TN

Ryan got to speak at a Youth Rally in Dyersburg this weekend so we made a family getaway out of it! We had a blast. Our hotel had an indoor heated pool which we all loved. We also found a great little park with a special place for kids Emery's age. She had a great time just running around in the grass.

Easter and Em's 18 month birthday!

I can't believe that our baby girl is 1 1/2 years old already. She is growing way to fast for my liking but I can't seem to find a way to stop time! Any ideas??? We had a great Easter and 18 mo. birthday with Emery and she finally got the hang of finding eggs and putting them in her basket.

Hunting eggs in the backyard before it started raining.

Egg hunt at church last night. She was so funny. She foud out that the eggs were filled with candy and so she would bust the eggs open and get the candy out and throw the egg back down on the ground. I love this expression...it says don't you dare think about taking my candy!

A sweet little lady at church has a neighbor that decorates her flower beds at Easter with eggs and bunnys and we took Em over last week and got a few really great shots!

Potty Time!

Okay, I know that this is definitely a mommy moment and that she is going to hate me in 10 years for posting this but Emery pee-peed in the potty tonight! We are so proud of her! She had wet through her clothes at dinner tonight so when we got home before I started to change her I asked if she wanted to potty and she ran to the bathroom. It didn't take her but just a couple of minutes to go, so don't think that I made her sit forever. Also, I do understand that I probably just timed it right and that it was probably all an accident but this a milestone and she was so proud of herself. We gave her a sucker as a reward and sang her the potty song and she danced...it was to cute.

Yes, she brushed her teeth while waiting for the tee-tee to come out!
